Master Mod File?

Back when Gonegold was still up someone was talking about making a master mod file (compiling them into one addon) and updating something so there would be less chance of conflict (memory fails me here) and he was going to put it up on the web. Anyone know of something like this or knows which mods are worth installing and what isn't? Thanks.

surel thats impossib;e some of the mods would overlap.
