NWN and TOEE

Could someone who has played both these games share with me the pluses and minuses of each---assuming I have all the xpacs/mods for NWN.

Thanks
Howard

Read EverythingXen's excellent review's of each game.

NWN and SoU

ToEE

Btw, this really should be in the D&D forum. Don't worry, I'll move it there for you.

Real short answer:

The key difference for me is the combat engine. NWN uses a real-time system with one "henchman" that is very much action oriented. ToEE has a full party with a detailed, accurate to the rules, turn-based system. ToEE is by *far* better for my taste - best combat I've played in a CRPG.

On the other hand, NWN's strength is the unlimited fan-made modules (some of them excellent) and it's fanstastic multiplayer.
