Possible Bug on Dwemnar Artifacts(they dissapear)

I went to the guy in the small town. He wouldnt give me the artifacts so i picked the lock on the chest and got them and ran. Well i traveled about for awhile and delivered 2 people where they wanted to go. I quite last night and when i started to play today the items where not in my inverntory. I went back to the chest and they were not in there either. i didnt do anything but deliver the slave and some lady to where they wanted to go. I didnt sell anything at anytime. So the artifacts are gone and it seems i cant complete the quest.

I guess ill try to find the ruins ive read about on these boards and try and get them that way. But anyways when you get them turn them in immediatly just to be sure.

You sure you didn't run into any guards?

yeah they do disappear :/ i saved then when i went to play again the keening blade was gone [frown]
