The game is very hard to find in English now. I think EBay is gonna be your best bet.

Also download JemyM´s FAQ. Gothic 1 can be problematic without documentation.

I just bought Gothic 1 at Amazon.de (in Germany) for about 8 bucks. On ebay.com it sells for almost $100 right now. |

That is an insane price for it. The game is good, but you'd have to have been dropped on the head to consider that fair. I'd like to know what kind of idiot is bidding for them. Pure rip-off.

i saw it for 50$ on ebay and 60 on amazon ...since when game are vintage? loll

anyways i got lucky my friand found out he a a copy of it
not original if u know what i mean but the hell with it they dont even sell them anymore so what the difference between buying a used or crakydee copy if the DEV wont make money out of it

Well, u can get gothic from a games shop..maybe.i haw gothic 1 from a games journal. in every month gives u a full game.and in a month has gaved gothic 1 full.only in romania.

Lets face it bro.... the game is not for sale anymore. Y ou can only find used copy, so the DEVs wont ever be making anymore more with that game.
hey just look at my other thread about having no speech in the game.
Its a crack and the dialogue was ripped. I clearly explain my point of view that i do not get illegal copy except in this case i had no choice and it obviously doesnt hurt the compagy since they dont sell it anymore.
