And his plans don't fail too often.

Jesus Christ! I know it's not politically correct or anything...but that is my choice.!!!

Spider Man would be really gutted if he read this topic, considering the TV show, comics, cartoons, merchandise and films. He'll probably fire his publicity agent.

Spider-Man is a great superhero, but I don't remember him stopping any alien invasions recently.

Recently being the operative word. He was involved in both Secret Wars after all.

Spider-Man is actually my favorite comic book character. But, he makes mistakes and comes back from them. If you only had one shot, you can not afford any mistakes. I would have to send someone who is perfect in the moment of truth.

Was he fighting the bad guys alone? No.

@Conan the librarian

I watched that last night too, pure hilarity.

I think that moe sizlak armed with a board with a nail in it could fend off most threats.

My vote goes to the Doctor. Why ? He's not only saved earth but the entire universe a dozen times over and done it in great style. Plus, if he can't save the world he'll have the wits to call on someone with the brawn who can.
Besides, who else can defeat monsters with a jellybaby and a sonic screwdriver ?

@Snome
What Doctor are you talking about. Whoever you are talking about, if he has to call someone else that does not count. It has to be one person.
