Help-Morrowind Bloodmoon does not start!

I installed the Bloodmoon to Morrowind and when I start the game the window with the text about some file corruption and if I press yes for continue these kind of windows pop up several times. When I press continue loading the file then, when the game is done loading, it goes back to win. What could the problem be? Can anyone help?

I think it is because you have items in your inventory or quests in your journal which Bloodmoon doesn´t recognize. If the expansion changed an item and you still have the original version of that item the game might give a pop-up about file corruption. just start a new game and see if you get any pop-ups then, if this is not the case your save file is corrupt. ( I had to start a new game because of this )

These pop-ups come during the main menu loading, so I cannot even start the new game.

I'm afraid that sounds like a re-install.

Your save games should be okay, so move them somewhere safe before uninstalling Morrowind.
