Titan Quest: Preview @ Firopolis |
|
My thanks to Jörn "ianus" Rehmeyer for passing along word that he's just finished up his most promising preview re "Titan Quest" over at firopolis.de. Of course, you may have a problem reading it if German is not a language you comprehend:-)

Please do not put German language only news items. This is a great site for rpg fans but I noticed more coverage of German only news bits and I would think this site would stay to english only since most people in the world know this language. There are plenty of German exclusive rpg sites already. Let's keep RPGdot english please. Thank you. |

Well, here's my "official" line. This site was founded by an Austrian and helped along by some key senior German staff (among others, of course). Germans are our third largest visitor base and we have always historically had some German newsbits. I think we should honour that heritage -- without going over the top -- I agree it is an English site. Sorry if they annoy you - they only *seem* to be on the increase because it is quiet while the large US sites are on holiday.
As soon as things pick back up, you'll only see them here and there. Hope that makes sense. _________________ Editor @ RPGDot |

Why not just post all news items in all languages? Otherwise we'd miss some good bits, like the evil island expansion. Or a lot of the interviews or tidbits on Nival. Or other good games like Borgoise. Or all the info on Gothic 3 for the gothic fans. Laungauge doesn't matter since someone will at least recap all the relevant or good info into english anyways. _________________ Vegitarian is the Indian word for lousey hunter. |
