lost items in vivec
   

I paid a fine to a guard without dropping some quest-specific items I had stolen. I didn't even realize it at the time, but now I need those things. I paid the fine to a guard in house Hlaalu canton in Vivec, where is the evidence chest? I broke into the vault but didn't find it there.
