Har har. I had no graphical problems in any chapter. I think that Khorinis must be the most demanding place graphically. Its pretty detailed. _________________ I really, really tried to figure out something clever here like "Life is a waterfall" and artistic stuff like that but no! At Dunmer King:
Its been awhile since I played - I'll boot up the game tonight so I can give you better directions.
I think I have been in that cave you're talking about - it is creepy! The undead in the Gothic games scare me, especially the high level ones you encounter later in the game. The woods near Akil's farm always give me a pretty good fear rush too. _________________ "The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned." I too, was apprehensive of undead..after running into a skellie by Akils farm and getting my butt handed to me.
Then I got to the point where I could go toe to toe with a skellie...then I ran into a shadow warrior...so now I have no butt.
I am butt less...
And the creepy music doesn't help!
Anyone seen my butt? Ahh..that didn't come out right... _________________ 3 men can keep a secret...if 2 of them are dead. |

For Dunmer King:
Ok, I had to laugh at myself because the
Spoiler:
tomb for Shadow Lord Inubis is literally right behind the one next to the mercenary camp. When you go in the tomb, click on the switches on the walls, one after the other. Go down into the crypt, kill all the skeletons and take their keys. Each time you open a chest it will spawn just an obscene amount of undead. I believe once you've opened all of them it will summon Inubis. Either that, or its one of the chests in particular.
Anyhoo, if that doesn't help, here's a picture for you. This is what it should look like when you're standing outside the tomb (well, possibly minus mage-wear anyways). Go ahead and copy and paste this (way too long) link into your browser.

@keida: I think that Orc over there is doing something to it. Wait a sec...never mind, you might not want it back anymore.
Thank god I am not the only one who is terrified of the Gothic dead. I hate exploring any more then I have to for fear of the randomly placed undead. The woods have those creepy cemetarys with fog. I think the two worst places in the Gothic games are that cave, and Xardas' old tower in the first Gothic. *shiver* The eyes, the eyes. Yet, killing them with a well placed destroy undead spell from 100 paces....priceless. _________________ Do you know how LAZY you Morrowind people are! One thing that got me in VOM..was the tower where that demon is.
At first it sounded like footsteps..I kept looking around frantically to see if I was about ambushed.
Then I climbed up and ran into the demon...and ran away screaming like a little girl. _________________ 3 men can keep a secret...if 2 of them are dead. |

Aaah, it still freaks me out, the first time he walked into that place! Everything became dark and suddenly I heard something pulling out a sword. I ran for it, but the skeleton choped me down in like three hits. _________________ "Who are we to call this planet Earth, when it's clearly Ocean."

Sorry CIACinderella, the link you posted doesn't work, unless I really do have to save it to look at it?!?! I look later, thanks for the link and directions.
See that cave is terrible. The close quarters made it ten times worse. At least the final level was well spaced and you could see things coming. I kept running into the undead in the blasted cave, literally. No room for the destroy undead spell. Man, I hate Goth undead. But at least the undead don't regenerate, like certain RPGs. Imagine, walking through the worst caves in Gothic, killing undead with ease, getting to the end of the cave, only to find you have to do it again on the way out. *shiver* _________________ Do you know how LAZY you Morrowind people are!
