I was able to kill the demon on a previous quest, but I am having a bad time with the Golem in the Akbaa Temple. Do you kill them with weapons or have to use magic? Is there a trick to it? |

Golems are quite easy to kill, but have the higherst armor rating among all mortals of Arx (don't remeber the exact number but you can check it at RPGDot's Arx site). Therefore your need to be able to deliver sufficient damage, otherwise you can spend hours figting without any effect.
Edit: armor = 80

The first time I fought that golem I ran out of the room and waited for it to follow me out . I then ran back into the room and closed the doors . When it came back the golem sort of got stuck halfway through the door to where he couldn't move and I just whacked away at him until he was dead . |

This guy is a real die hard. I just ran all over the place and would run up, hit him, and then get away to heal if I needed. He will die by the sword, if your arm doesn't fall off first. High ground seems to slow him down a little.
