Where's the Dragon Trainer?

I met him in the pass at the beginning of Chapter 4 (the guy who trains how to take scales, blood, etc.). Anyway I didn't have any train points so I went off killing orcs. Now that I have a few levels I've gone back to the pass and all the hunters that were there are gone. I've found a few of them scattered around the valley but I can't find the dude that trains how to skin dragons. Any idea where he is?

he's across the river from the mine where grimes is, in a cave where you found 2 convicts in chapter 2. another person who you can learn those hunting skills is near the rock dragon fortress, he's the hunter who tells you about minecrawler armour in chapter 2, at that time he was unwilling to teach you the dragon's blood and scales skills but now he will (and he'll teach you for free as well!)
