Are the items in english in the ETM?

I finally got the ETM to work but the items are not in English. Are they supposed to be in German or English?

Every peice of text should be English, including the items. If your items are still in German then something went wrong with your installation. Sorry you are having so much trouble, but it looks like you'll need to install it again.

And what about the dialogs.If they are also in German it means you have a problem.A reinstallation might fix this problem if not,try it on another computer or download the mod again.
