Missing option to rise in rank in Blades
   

Hello everybody.

I wonder if I have encountered a bug. After finishing the first quest for the Blades I wanted to rise in their ranks but I couldnt find an advancement option for this in the conversation tree when talking to CC in Balmora. Is this a bug or do I need to finish more quests before I get this option?

I do qualify in skills and stats.

Try asking about "duties" or "jobs" if he gives you another task, do it first and then look for advancement option again.
A lot of times you have to do more than one errand before you can go up in rank.

Actually, I discovered this issue a little while ago. After the first few missions, the option for "Advancement" is no longer available. What happens is that Caius advances you on his own to Traveler after the ashlander quest without you having to ask him. Then, after the corprus disease quest, he advances you again one more time on his own then other stuff happens that I won't say...

This is not a bug - the Blades advancement system fits along with the story.
