I just discovered that Halo, called "the hardware beast" by many runs smooth as butter on my machine with most of the detail turned on. Granted, it doesn't look as good as it would on a high-end system (or even the XBOX. But I only have a GeForce 2), but it still looks good. I have the demo, and I imagine the only difference in sytem requirement between the demo and the full version is the hard drive space. Anyway, it's the best demo I've ever played (Includes Blood Gultch multiplayer map with CTF and Slayer mode) and I plan on getting the full version.

To be honest, it's hard to tell. There's no doubt that combat is a major part in The Fall - from what I can tell they're carrying over/adapting a numer of features from their previous squad-based combat game, Soldiers of Anarchy.

But, the NPC scheduling system seems more robust than the Gothics, there are 1000 NPCs and Silver Style has stated it's definitely story-driven. With the recent addition of a speech skill, I think it will have a lot to offer outside of combat.
