So I finally figured out how to get Cor Angar to train me in 2h weapons.
You first have to learn 1h weapons from the other guy!!!!
Damn, it was such a logical thing to do, that I didn't do it until almost the end of the game. Luckily I had extra 100 experience points.
I can't say that knowing 2h weapons is of great help. Enemies die a bit faster but with Uritziel it really doesn't matter.
Anyway, I hope this would be useful for all the Sect camp members. |

You don't have to have 1h to get 2h. Lee trained me in 2h when I got lvl10 I believe. |

I think, that you must learn 1h before you can train 2h weapons. But I am not really sure.

You must be a master in one handed weapons before you can learn two-handed fighting

This is true, even Thorus from the OC offered to teach me 2H
I become a Fire Mage just to see what's it like and I really detest the fact you don't carry a staff or sceptre to punish enemies when you're low on mana

It's probably a bug, but if you're a Merc, you don't need to master one-handed to train with Lee. |

There's nothing like taking your two-handed sword and cramming it up someone's arse.

Are you saying that you must be at 100% in 1h in order to begin 2h? Or what percentage is considered a master? I put in 10 xp to learn 1h and that got me to only 5%. With nearly all of my points going towards strength and dexterity, I have had nothing available for learning 1h, 2h or magic. FWIW, I'm at level 13 and have 70 in strength (so I could use Scar's Sword), 41 in dexterity (need to get to 55), 5 in mana, 5% in 1h and plus sneaking and lockpicking. Do I need just get to work on getting to level 20+ just so I have xp to apply to 1h and then 2h??? |

You must complete level 1 and 2 of one-handed weapon before you are offered two-handed weapon by Thorus.

In Sect camp you gotta learn both levels of 1h before 2h learning oprtion becomes available.
Perhaps New camp is different. |

Buccaneer: To master both 1-h and 2-h swords is to train in it enough times. For one handed swords, to get to level 1 (5% to get critical hits), you need 10 skill points (from one level up), then to get to level 2 (10% critical), you need 20 skill points. For two handed swords, you need 30 skill points (5% critical) to be "trained" and 40 skill points (10% critical) to be a master. Basically, you need 10 levels-worth of skill points to master both handed weapons. |
