Gothic 2 gold edition problem
   

Hy i`m new here and i got a problem with gothic 2 gold edition.
When i first installed gothic 2 + Notr i had a problem with access violation and it kicked me out of the game ....after reading some forums i installed the VDFS patch and now it still crashes after a few mins but with no error. I didnt ocurred this problem at any other game before.....
By the way i have an AMD Athlon XP 1700+ (1.5 Ghz); ram: 512 PC3200 400 Mhz ; video Nvidia GeForce FX 5500 256/128; sound C-Media CMI8738

Welcome to our forum!

Unfortunately we donīt have much traffic around Christmas. Maybe you should also post your problem at WordofGothic and in the JoWooD forum, to tripple your chances.

The stability problem can be caused by just about everything. Try to disable sound and music, the C-Media sometimes makes trouble with the Gothics (or vice versa).
