| How to kill Feomanthar (or whatever his name is) the dragon? |

When I hit him, he sprays me down with his fiery breath, and flies over to his safe spots (where his lifepoints are rapidly recharged).
How do I kill this one? tips, please!

Well, first, this probably belongs in the Spoilers forum.
To answer your question, though:
1. Use a bow or crossbow. All the dragons are easy to kill if you use a fairly powerful missle weapon and just keep shooting as fast as you can.
2. You need to make yourself as resistant to fire as possible using armor, amulets, rings and belts. Then smack him hard and keep doing it. Using a speed potion also helps here. Note: you only need to carry the Eye of Innos to get a dragon to talk, and then it will be out of power when the fighting starts. Actually wear some other amulet that will protect you while fighting.
3. Summon a demon or two and let them fight the dragon for you (they are nearly immune to fire attacks). You can just sit back and watch as they tear him apart.

thanks for the reply.
I wasn't sure if it was the proper forum or not, but I will most definitely post in spoilers next time! 
anyway, I figured it out. just took a couple of reloads.
I went melee only though. |
