We need quick save in here.. tired of hitting ESC and saving.
I wish they would make it so you would lose some exp everytime you load the game.. I think that would be an answer to the quick-save dilemna.... make it more challenging.
I hope they work on an expansion pack for Gothic, maybe double the world size or something... as well as work on Gothic 2. And/or perhaps import your guy from the first one.
Gothic 2 should be like, 4 or 5 times the size of Gothic 1, up to level 100 or so, spawn it on like, 4+ CDs - and just when you thought you beat the game, have it twist the story around a bit, which would be the last 30% of the game, when you weren't even prepared. I've got so many ideas for stuff like this, they should pay me. 
Perhaps they should put some "Thief" into it.. drag bodies, knock people out... would be sweet.. maybe even imprison them if you can build one.
When will people come out with the ultimate Action RPG? Gothic is a good start, though. |

er yea all those are decent ideas.
accept for the exp losing with loading saves, every one likes to try stuff a few times to get better options.. no one likes a crappy down side of saving/loadin games, excpecialy crap things like collecting save game tockens.. just let them have their fun :> |

Good ideas except for losing experience from loading saves. That's ludicrous and I wonder what you were smoking when you thought of it.
I doubt it was northern dark...
As for an expansion pack, don't hold your breath, 'cause it isn't going to happen.
But quicksaves would be good, as would all your ideas for Gothic 2. |
