About the LOTR games. One LOTR rpg for PC so far is Fellowship of the Ring rpg. I heard about another (forget the name) that is a cool strategy version. And also there is the MMORPG LOTR game coming out sometime in the future that doesnt have a website presence yet, but it is in fact being worked on, which is really cool in my opinion. Just walking from Hobbiton to the Lonely Mountain will make me exceedingly happy...
Thanks to the guy that said congrats on my finishing BG1! I am working on finishing BG2 now (on chapter Six right now)!
I need to post a few more to my Future games listing:
-- Gladius (pretty cool single-player rpg)
-- Deus Ex 2 (gotta finish the first one first!)
-- Fatherdale, Guardians of Asgard (its awesome single-player rpg!)
-- Eschaton Online (twitchy joystick space online rpg)
-- The Path to Zenrai (will try, its mmorpg)
Happy gaming! _________________

sheesh.. Im not going anywhere near talking about books.. how weird would that look to all these rpg computer gamers that prefer to "hear" rather than "read" what someone is saying suffice to say my first book I read properly was Pawn of Prophecy (David Eddings. Those who know the fantasy genre should know him)... this was my baptism to real fantasy and led through the LOTR series and god knows how many others in my bookcase
Anyway.. to stop drivelling and back to the point... just been to the DAoC website (it looked interesting) and found they cannot retail outside US (grr) will have to look for it here instead... so will add that one to my future playing list UPDATE ok I need to look around this site a bit more. I keep coming back for the forums but just found DAoC through the game links for sale here in the UK
ps... I think one book (series) they should make a game from is Gormanghast.. the TV series was nothing compared. _________________ Cot |

Morrowind
looking for:
arx fatalis, splinter cell, igi 2, thief 3, deus ex 2
I also ordered two old adventures at soldout. I somehow missed them and it's a shame (Broken Sword I & II)
They have some older interesting titles if you're looking for them

The Broken Sword series is great (especially the artwork). It reminds me somewhat of Gabriel Knight (which is a good thing). Looking forward to Broken Sword 3 |

Actually I'm also looking for Gabriel Knight 2 (I have GK1 and GK3). And for books as well. I wish they made GK4, but still it's highly unlikely.
Syberia is also on my list. I've played demo recently and it looks very nice. Long live adventure games _________________ --=Member of The Nonflamers' Guild=--

GK2 was my least favorite of the 3 (didn't really like the whole FMV thing). It's still good though I agree GK4 looks unlikely, even though the ending of GK3 paved the way for a 4th
I've not heard of Syberia, I'll have to check that out. |

i think Cyberia was released early this year; also, the developer of the game already anounced Cyberia 2 for 2003 release... _________________

I like it very much. Nice and fast graphics, pretty impressive AI, good sound. If you like some sneaking and thinking in fpp games, you will probably like Himan 2. _________________ --=Member of The Nonflamers' Guild=--
