Help me Beging Cheat dont work!

For Some reason It says if i pick up the bone(left) of vgi pile and hit the char 10 full times i get some kool items wel i say its impossible the damn Thing wil brake after the 3rd hit can any1 help me?

It doesn't say to hit it, it says to use it. I think the default is the enter key. Click on the bone and use it on the chair.
