Some posters at Bethesda's official forums have reportedly received their pre-orders of the official Prima Strategy Guide. It also seems to be available from Gamestop's website, if anyone wants to get a look before the game comes out. |

Not sure they are available yet, but I recall seeing them for $13 US at amazon, seemed to be $7 US cheaper than others. |

I wonder why would one want to see a strategy guide at least before playing the game for dozens of hours... |

I wonder why would anyone want a strategic guide for a game like Oblivion. Probably a good detailed map (for someone who doesn't like a lot of random exploring), but a strategic guide? The game doesn't seem complicated or very strategical. |
