My problem was that I couldn't think on my feet with knowing he was charging behind me. And that if you messed up he smashed the stairs to smithereens. And if you were in the same room and needed to back track he clogged up the whole screen so it wasn't easy to see around the big lug. The swim thing was easy because there was no death involved. When death is involved its more difficult due to the pain of reloading.
