ok so i thought i'd have a bit of fun and kill some people in the old camp, since they all turned on me

i ended up killing every one in there, when i got to the ore baron he said smithy was locked up in the dungeon, how do i get there
i've searched everywhere

You have still have one person to kill and loot (keys).

I noticed a ladder going doen to a lower level with a locked door on the right side of the Ore Baron's palace if you're facing it. Not sure, but will try it also.

it's where you meet bullit a second time... you go to the end of the hallway and there's a ramp.. go down it
