If i have paid my skill points and $$ to learn how to hunt the items off corpses and i have a razr in my inventory, is that enough or do I ahve to do something else after I kill a creature?

Nah, I think you're set. A good hunt to you. - I'm not even sure if you need a razor at all. I can't remember having owned one before I started to rob my fellow guardsmen pretty late into the game, and I hunted (and skinned) critters long before that.

You need NOTHING in your inventory - the skill does it all for you. Another example of GREAT, well thought out game design btw
