There is also a wizard staff in a Daedra Ruin near Ghost Gate. Not sure what it is called, sorry. Its got a big statue of a daedra god, and a skeleton with a glass dagger through its chest.
A couple of orcs and other enemies, but not to many threats. The staff is in the back room. Worth 10,000.
Oh, you can also buy one for 5,000 when you are advancing to Wizard in the mages guild. Since, you must have one to be a Wizard. |

in fact, it's not onli the wizard staff but i think there are other unique items of the same type that number more than 1.
yesterday i was wondering around vivec and came to the temple district and went to the hall of wisdom. there's a locked door to some guys room and in there u'll find a 95points locked chest. upon opening it...lo and behold..... another Saint's Sheild..... i'm already having one at the moment. 
well, i think it's quite logical for the devs to put in more than 1 of the same unique item since the world of MW is so huge.
