Hey there Gothdick,

re your quote, "well, i have read a few times that it is very hard to become a warriormage in gothic2, so i decided to try anyway..."

When ever i have a choice in an rpg game, i allways first go for the warrior by
default, just my own style i suppose,

When began a recent G2 game i went for the mage guild, and passed the mage tests and became a fully fledged mage, but because of my "inherent" style of playing, i was continuing the game as a warrior, i was not using magic's
after only a few levels, i got the 90 skill in bow and melee weapon at the merc's farm, then went into the V of M, killing the orcs with single arrows from long (but accurate) distances and orc elites with 2 sword swipes, so it isn't too hard to go as a warrior/mage, if you see what i mean.

I once became level 17 with something like 70 strength and 75% percent twohander. I always focus a little more on fighting because you can find several strength potions but only one book to increase your twohanding skills
