I just Knocked out Bullit. Does it make adifference in the Game Whether or not I finish Him Off?

It makes no diference. Just don't let the guards see you do it.
The first time around I had to kill the bastard. But as I played the game over and over, I learn to have fun with him. I will knock him senseless and take his weapons.
Next time I see him he will still talk trash but he won't have a weapon. So, you can beat him up again.
