D&D and Troika alike rejoice! Gamespy is reporting that Greyhawk: The Temple of Elemental Evil has gone gold and will be in stores September 23rd:
Atari's newest Dungeons & Dragons-based game has just gone gold. Developed by Troika Games, The Temple of Elemental Evil is the first RPG to utilize the D&D 3.5-edition rules. The game is based on the pen-and-paper module of the same name based in Gary Gygax's world of Greyhawk.
I can't resist...WooHoo! |

Why does it take so long for games to get to the shelves after going gold? *sigh* Guess I'll have to occupy myself with Homeworld2 'till I finally play a "real" game (an RPG, and a good one, that is ) |

@NeverDark: Today is the 5th, the game should hit shelves on the 23rd...that's only 18 days for pressing the CDs, packaging and shipping to stores...that's ok, could go faster, but also slower
@Guest: not sure ehat you mean by "I know a certain site that blew Gamespy with 20 minutes... " - please enlighten me... |
