Bertrams CD, Imalia's mag, and money? |
|
Where in the warrens is Bertram's CD? Where is Imalia's Jock Strap mag that Gary needs? And I keep running super low on money. No one pays me for quests anymore and quest npcs charge hefty fees. _________________ "What are you gonna do? Release the dogs?! Or the bees?! The Data CD should be located in the Warrens, in the Nosferatu home. It's near one of those workhorses with the light on top. If you are standing near the "shore" at the beginning of the Nos home, take the left path and you'll find it there.
The Jock Strap video is in a locked chest in Carson's apartment, which is in Mercurio's apartment building in the Santa Monica district. You'll need a lockpick skill of 8 or higher.
For money, help out Venus at the Confession club. You'll get a stake in the club and she'll give you money after every main quest you finish. Also, sell all of the stuff you don't need. _________________ Freeeeeeedom! Thank heavens it's summer!

Wait, that data CD in the Warrens can actually be used for something? Is that part of a nosferatu mission or an alternate scavenger hunt item for Gary? _________________ A new day, and nothing has changed. |

You have to be a Nosferatu to get that quest. _________________ Freeeeeeedom! Thank heavens it's summer!

I'm Gangrel and did Bertram's quest. You get that CD for Bertram and he raises your computer skill. _________________ "What are you gonna do? Release the dogs?! Or the bees?! Or dogs with bees in their mouth so that when they bark they shoot bees at you?" - Homer Simpson |

Strange, I only got it when I played a Nosi. My Tremere, Ventrue, Toreador and Malkavian never got the quest. _________________ Freeeeeeedom! Thank heavens it's summer!

I've tried to give the CD to him before, but the option never popped up. Does this mission only come up at a certain point, or do you have to trigger it? _________________ A new day, and nothing has changed. |

He sends an email with the header - You still around? - at your haven computer. _________________ "What are you gonna do? Release the dogs?! Or the bees?! Or dogs with bees in their mouth so that when they bark they shoot bees at you?" - Homer Simpson |

I've only gotten the Gary emails asking for stuff. There must be something that you have to do first. Some action or dialogue option. _________________ A new day, and nothing has changed. |

I have no idea. It appeared after I got back to my haven from my first visit to the warrens. It may only appear for gangrel and Nos. I dunno. I don't remember getting that email as Brujah. _________________ "What are you gonna do? Release the dogs?! Or the bees?! It's just a thought, but I never give the necklace to Jeanette after the Ocean House level. Do you give her the necklace? She and Bertram are pretty tight so that could trigger it maybe. _________________ A new day, and nothing has changed. |

Nope...I never give it to Jeanette...besides Jeanette and Therese are the same person. They never show her and Jeanette on the same screen. You just look back and forth but never see them stand together. _________________ "What are you gonna do? Release the dogs?! Or the bees?! Yeah I know they're one and the same, but she gets so sad when you don't give it to her. Giving Jeanette the necklace was rumored for a while to be one of the things you have to do to unlock a secret sex sequence with her, which is completely bogus, but I was thinking something like that might trigger the mission. Like if you're nice to V.V., she punishes you by sending you a million emails. If you tick her off she won't speak to you anymore, which is preferable. _________________ A new day, and nothing has changed. |

VV just sent two emails to me. I just deleted em. I was hoping the autographed photo would have been useable to trade for that Guy magazine but it wasn't. I never got to speak to Ash...either. Actually some npcs I would have liked more interaction with period. There were quite a few npcs I also wanted to paste but worried about my humanity going too low. Definately the Sin Bin guy...that guy in Santa Monica who kept taking a leak in the alley, Vandal, Knox for toying with me, and more that don't come to mind at the moment. _________________ "What are you gonna do? I hate that slime ball in the Sin Bin. He is in a very good position however to feed on. There's never anyone in there so I feed on him until the end of the game, then I kill him. He needs to die as retribution for that hairstyle.
I'd like to knock off Knox too, he's so whiny but you never seem to get a good opportunity. I should though, just to see if it makes Bertram angry.
Vandal I like. He is crazy as a Malkavian cocktail, which is essentially his role in life too. _________________ A new day, and nothing has changed. |
