Sigil/Microsoft: Interview w/ Brad McQuaid |
|
The RPGvault has interviewed former EverQuest designer Brad McQuaid from Sigil Games Online on his company's recent deal with Microsoft.

Here's a snip:
Jonric: What were the main considerations that led you to decide on Microsoft Game Studio as your partner?

Brad McQuaid: Microsoft has shown time and again their commitment to producing high quality games, and when Jeff and I went to visit them our vision and theirs just clicked. Not many publishers can support the types of games we are interested in developing, and Microsoft's industry expertise is probably unparalleled. The partnership just made sense on so many levels that it didn't take Jeff and me very long to decide which direction to take Sigil when it came to a publishing deal.
|

...lucky we posted it in May 2002, then.
Comment threads are created when someone comments or accesses the newsbit, not when the newsbit itself is entered. Someone dug up this old news item in our database, so a comment thread was created with today's date. _________________ Editor @ RPGDot |

Sure, I realise it can be confusing - that's why I tried to explain how this situation comes about. _________________ Editor @ RPGDot |
