I cannot find Fast Eddie in Balmora, but I would really like to find him (so I can advance to Master in Great House Telvanni). Where exactly in Balmora can I find him, or doesn't he exist at all?

It is the only four story building in Balmora. |

I do not see any four story building in Balmora. What is the name of the building? And is it on the east or west side of the Odai? And is it on the north or south side of Balmora? If someone can answer these questions maybe I can find the building.

Go to the river that runs through Balmora. Travel North on the West side of the river. I think Fast Eddie should be in the last house on your left. Check your map it should say which house is his. |

Yep. Cross the river, last house. Big thing is, he's UPSTAIRS. You won't find him on the bottom floors...
BTW, The Telvanni ROCK. I'm now the Archmagister heh.. |
