Exit the game, put your G2 CD in the drive and play Gothic 2!! Either that or load from your last save. I am afraid you are stuck ... literally *grin*

What mod did this happen in?

Ah, one of the annoying bugs in the game. In MP it's easy to solve, you just get someone to BUMP into you. Not sure what's the best bet in SP. Try using the stone of recall perhaps.

No mod, it was just at the prelude in the training area when the game first starts so I don't have a save. I did save the character, but I wanted to know for the future. I hope this doesn't happen often. And I did put G2 in for a while. I am going to be so confused. Thanks anyway. I'll be sure to save a little more next time.

I've heard that you can save your game, exit, load that save, and all will be well. Evidently, the load routine checks for bad placements and fixes them. Can't say I've ever had that happen in SP, though.

It's actually a very rare situation. Only happened to me once.

Thankyou gentlemen, but as I didn't bother to save I will be leaving now to start over. Good to know about the save fix. That was why I didn't save it. So nect time I will. I'm sure I'll be back here soon with more questions.
