Where learn runes in chapter 6?

I am in chapter 6 and it seems I can learn here only circle 6 runes. Did I forgot to take someone in the trip?

I forgot (deliberate choice then) to learn critical healing and now I regret.

I think only Milten can teach you on the island. Vatras should've been able to(being in Circle 6 himself and all), but I think he can only teach you alchemy. No other magician will go with you to the island.

Thanks for the answer. Yes it's what I had, strange that Milten can learn you only circle 6 runes when before he could learn you other. Vatras can learn you circles beside all alchemy but not runes. Ha well I did it without the missing spell.
