how can I change the guild???
   

i started a game a few days ago and joined the milita. now i wanna join other things 2 like merceneries or the fire mages. so how can I join them?

Once you chose your guild, all other paths are closed. Either continue your game, or reload.

Sorry, can't help you much. This is actually one thing that makes Gothic unique.
