Wish canceled after 8 days of beta...

Crazy... a lot of people are blaming WoW for drawing all of the MMORPG interest these days, but I say there has to have been something seriously wrong with the game to completely cancel after doing all of the work of getting into the beta.

I was in the original beta for WISH. I thought they had some decent ideas.
The biggest issue I had with the game was the point n click movement. In the original beta this issue created alot of feedback on the beta forums. MR seemed to take offense to the complaints and seemed to be unmovable from this movement position. They had good lingo like advanced smart pathing blah blah but the bottom line was the constant attention to the mouse to move around with isn't very user friendly especially in a mmorpg. Now is the offchance that another developer wants to try and foist this on everyone at least have the courtesy to allow both PnC and covential arrow wasd movement. They babbled somthing about improved server performance with PnC. In the end not much improvement

Ok so the other one in the wings that I seriously wonder about is Dark n Light.
Can they pull it off? Will it ever make it to gold?

How about Turbine , can they win back some of there fans with there newest creations? Or will they always be remembered for AC1 there foray into the cut throat world of MMORPG's?

One thing for sure. Blizzard has proved it worth a shot to try and grab that brass ring!!!!!!!!!!!
