Treasure Room in Rapax Castle

How do I get into the treasure room in Rapax Castle Main Level? It is opposite from Ferros Armory. You can see all the treasure chests through the bars, but I can't find the entrance. Please help!

You cannot enter that room. It is possible to make a few "withdrawals" from there, though.

I found 4 slips and could use them in the upper level. Can you find any more?
