I'm neither underweight nor overweight, and I do a lot of sporting, so I would say I'm fit.

I could stand to get back to my weights and cardio every day. I go through bouts where I'll work out three times a day for a month or two, get my four pack (never been able to hit six ) , then all of the sudden not feel like it anymore and go 10 to 15 pounds overweight in a month or two and then repeat the process.

Need to get back into a martial art to break up the monotony of weight and card training, I think. Or get back to the gym where there are pretty women to show off for (yes indeed... the only true 100% surefire male motivator).

@Ammon777- I thought most meds made you go underweight, not overweight. I guess I was mistaken.

Who chose the first poll option?

Once you get to intermediate/advanced stages of weightlifting training (proper training), then you only need to go about twice a week to the gym, sometimes even less. There are several ways to train cardio too...

Well i do run about one hour 3 times a week and i lift weight every other day, so i`d say im pretty fit . Damn Problem is i weigh 94 Kg with 1,84 m, and nobody believes it. If i look at my body mass index i should be "preobese."
Just had a problem with my health insurance telling my that i weigh to much according to my height and they would not continue insuring me in the same category and so I had some explaining to do.

@Everything Xen : I also just have a four-pack. I read one has to have a body fat count under 10 Percent for the last 2 to show, but then i too much love to eat to achieve this.

I lost a ton (not literally, about 2 stone) of weight playing Rugby a while back and was fairly fit. I had to quit Rugby due to other commitments and I'm quite unfit now.

I don't wear crotchet ponchos as I would look like a whale caught in a cargo net.

My philosophy is no one ever injured themselves changing channels with a remote control. I am very careless and always have bruises on me from walking into things. Movement and I do not mix.

Okay, right now I have this incredible belly, but there's a reason for it, and it will be gone in not quite three months time, anyway.

Congratulations!!

I'm 1.90m and my weight is about 75kg. I do practice athletics 5 times a week. (400m, 800m, 1000m, cross -> short distance ~3km) I think I can say I'm pretty fit. A bit under the ideal weight, but that's normal for who runs. In fact I'm a bit to fat for the weight of the ideal runner. (Best runner in my club, Duffel A.C., is Hans Jansens: 2m 70kg)
