| where did the "falling withough dying" bug go? |
|
I played through Gothic a year ago and made HEAVY use of the "bug" that allows you to press 'right' or 'left' and not die when falling.
However, when I play it now, there is no such "bug"!! Where did it go? I am now using WinXP and DirectX9.0b. I cannot remember what OS I played on before.
Anyone else seen this happen?
I want my bug back!  |

It should still be there, but who cares? Type GUARDIAN into the char screen to toggle god mode.

But won't that make me invulnerable to all the beasties too?
I want the rest of the game to be normal, just don't want to climb down all of those ladders all the time. |

You can disable it whenever you want.

or you can press f8, when you have marvin-mode on... (press it when you fell dead.)
