In my previous games The Orc Hammer would be my weapon of choice for a long time.
This time around it all changed. In the new camp there is a bar. The bar owner is Silas. His axe is 1h with 55 damage. One night while he was sleeping I smacked him around and took it. Lo and behold it was a powerful weapon. With a little added strength, 40 to handle this axe, it quickly became my favorite. With it I was able to go toe to toe with the Minecrawlers. The Queen was killed easily with it also. Needless to say I used it for chapter 2 and 3. I am up to the focus stone search and it is still my best weapon.
What was your favorite weapon in those chapters? |

i"m at the end of chapter 2, just became a guard and am using a rusty 2 hander (61 damage).
With 2 handed fighting skill it's the best weapon so far.
I'm thinking of killing someone for a better 2 handed weapon.

My weapon of choice was Bullit's crossbow for a very long time (up to Chapter 4, I think), after that I bought the heavy (golden) crossbow from Scorpio which I used almost exclusively until I finally ran into Scar.
As for close combat: I used an Orc Krush Karrok (sp) most of the time if I remember that right. |

i killed the mine crawler queen with my long bow... lol... took 400 arrows but i did it =)
at least now i carry 2.5k arrows and 2.5k bolts at all times =)

Question- where do you train in crossbow? I never could find it... also, my weapon of choice was the God's Hammer- it takes out stone golems, destroys orcs, etc. |

The crossbow trainer is Scorpio. He's in the Old Camp's castle yard during the day (and goes to bed early  ). He won't train you unless you're a guard, though... but this usually changes with chapter 4... |

Orc Hammer and Silas Axe look like Nerf toys to Scars sword...go get that and tell me how you like it.
For you Xbowers you can go for his Xbow
He hold both the most powerful 1-h weapon and Xbow in game. |

Umm, how do I get their weapons in chapter 1??
it's nice to say they are the best, but you won't get their weapons, at least not for a few chapters. |

Hrrm, I need to check again, but I coulda swore Arto's sword was the same damage as Scar's, but required less strength.

yes it is very nice to say they are the best Scars sword is the highest dmg sword (there I go again) Arlos isnt 86 |

I just use the weapons you buy from vendors because they do more than enough damage to legitametly play through the game. |

My weapon of choic is the Beserker's Sword Very nice 1hs weapon, but before that i use God's Warhammer.
