Ya, as I stated above, he doesn't give you good trade value though. A 16k sword I found, he offered me 900 for.

This is the funnest way to make money if you have enough raw power to pull it off: pickpocket an Ordinator, but don't take anything, so he/she goes hostile but you haven't commited a crime. As soon as they throw the first punch, whip out the axe/sword/fireball/Belt of Northern Knuck-Knuck (Best. Item name. EVER!) and violently smack him until the life seeps from his mortal coil.
Then loot his corpse. The entire set of Ordinator armor is worth ~15000GP, and they come in convenient sized chunks easy to sell to the Creeper. I am wallowing in money.
