Colored stone tablets - Relics bug?
   

I have a quest to get 5 relics in the 'new' area and I noticed something that I don't understand. I've found 4 of the colored stone tablets and brought them back to Saturas. But, in my quest log it only records 1 relic. It says:
------------------------------------------------
'I have given Saturas the following relics'.

A red stone (etc)
- - -
#NAME?
------------------------------------------------

The above line appears to be a bug.

It doesn't record the other 3 I've brought him. I searched here but could find nothing on this. Anyone else have this problem? *Is* it a problem? Is this quest crucial to finishing the game? Thanks a lot.

There was one other member who had the same problem some time ago, but we couldn't find a solution at that time.

The quest isn't needed to solve the main quest, but it is a very interesting one, however.

Just wanted to to let anyone know who also had this problem that it in no way stopped the game from preceding. I finished that quest (got all 5 relics) and went to Saturas and he acknowledged it. Went on to face Raven and all is well.
