List of command etc not in manual

I'm sure this has been posted before - I played Gothic last year and am getting around ok exept I can't figure out a few things:

How do I access my journal?
How do I quicksave?
Is there a way to reload a saved position or to save without scrolling down all of the previous saves? ie a quick way to reload the last save? I find the scrolling really annoying.
and numerous other things...

I do remember a list somewhere of all of the keyboard commands but I cna't find it.

The list was probably in JemyM´s FAQ.
Gothic doesn´t have quicksave, I think. I might have forgotten about it after this long time, though.
G2 has unsupported quicksave and two different combat systems.
