There are quite a few out there and many in development.
Vampire: The Masquerade Redemption (Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines is in development)
BloodRayne (BloodRayne 2 is in development)
The Legacy of Kain games. There's five of them.
I've heard of a game called Nosferatu: The Wrath of Malachi. There is a demo out for it, but I haven't tried it.
Those are the most recent ones that I can think of.

You're pretty much out of luck then. There's a lot of console ones, but not much for PC.

Mostly PS2 and XBox.

Patch it. Most people seem to get it to run fine after they've patched it. I haven't tried it on XP though. I keep a Win98 box for my older games.
