Go down to the docks...
At the docks...if you walk to the far right...you see this Crane type mechanism...Come up to mechanism and simply jump into the water...there you will see a door with two torches flickering at the sides...
And then....after all that....you're there! |

at the harbor the is a fishseller, behind his house is a hitman, to kill you - kill him and take his key go to the far right of the harbor, jump intio the water and swim until you see a door at your right, use the key to open it (entrance to thiefguild)
