When can i start to train it for the first time and by whom?

First u must become a shadow. THorus of the old camp is the one that trains 2 handed weapons.

At the end of chapter 2 when you become a guard/mercenery/templar.

Guard => Thorus
Mercenery => Lee
Templar => Cor An Gar

Scorpio trains you to use the Crossbow

The one that hires you into the "better" class of each camp teaches you in 2h weapons.

This is also true in the Sect Camp.
