| questions needing answers |

hi i need help with these questions, if somneone can answer them it would be helpfull:
1- how can u raise in ranks in the ashlanders/blades? i finished the game and i have higher ranks above me but i dont know how to acess them...
2- can u join the twin lamps or do missions for them without using mods or plug ins?
3- what is vivec unique dwnemer artifact for?

You can raise ranks by completing quest for the blades/ashlanders.

yes, but i've finished the game...  where can i get those quests? are there, for exemple people in the tribes that give u quests after u finished the game?

Have you tried the houses? Im sure they would be glad to offer you some quests. Did you try joining all the guilds? Just suggestions |

It is the Wraithguard. If you kill Vivec and take it, you can bring the item to the Dwarf and have him tell you about it, so you can complete the Main Quest.
