It's "simple", you have to kill all dragons in the Valley of mines (that's why the 4th chapter is called "dragon hunt" 
Talk to dragonhunters you met there, and then go to the castle for more information ... |

Oric gives you information on them every time you kill one. Also talk to the Dragon hunters dotted around the valley.

Hmm, there's no problem to tell you, where you can find these dragons, but I think it's more funny, when you try to find them yourself (therefore I didn't tell you, where they are ).
As Iron Man said, talk to Oric and dragon hunters. They'll give you enough information to find dragons (it's really easy). |
