how do you get into milo room
   

im level 10 have journymans lock pick went to the door and just hear clicks ?

Check your security skill. It's probably not real high. Those clicks you hear are your character attempting the lockpick. If you don't hear a big click at the end, that means you failed the attempt. You can try as many times as you like (each attempt uses a "charge" on your pick, so that might limit how many times you can try). Compare your security skill to the rating on the lock. If you've got a 10 and the lock is a 75 (for example), you're facing "lottery odds".

Note that if you're seeing the message "Lock Too Complex" on the screen, you haven't got a hope. Find a better lockpick, or increase your Intelligence and Security before trying again.

Edit: Hmm - unless you're not using the lockpick correctly? Equip it like you would a weapon - you should see a small brown stick-like device held out in front of you. Walk up to the door and press the action/attack key.
