Mod and Patch question

I am having a problem with the mods and the new patch.

I had the first 3 official patches installed on my game.
I then installed the new official patch.
Well the next time you start, you get the error messages about dependent file changes. And that they will go away as soon as you save the game.

I have saved my game numerous times since then and I still get the error messages when I start up the game. As far as I can tell, all the mod's are still working, but I dont like the error messages being there.
Any more ideas on how to get rid of them.

What you need to do is load and save the mod, not the savegame! Do the following:

Start the Construction set
Click the open icon
Select (doubleclick) the morrowind .esm and ONE mod
Select the mod as "active file"
Click ok - you will get a warning message, click continue
Select File/Save
You are done - repeat for each mod you want to use. Do NOT select more than one mod at a time, or they will all be saved to the same active file, which would probably cause a mess

So far this has worked for all the mods (about 7) I am currently using, without producing any errors.
