the third scrapper mine

ok here the deal i talked to deigo and i got the ring from that other guy and the second place. i am stuck on the one that stands alone i can't seem to find the guy i need to talk to. in the cave the guys name that starts with an r... is dead and the only guard out side keeps saying the same thing--help
